Features
Rotation system for perfect cooking  : No need to take the pizza out of the oven! Piana is the only compact oven with an innovative system with a round cordierite refractory stone. The wheel will allow you to turn your pizza during cooking to obtain an evenly cooked pizza.
Removable door  : The door will allow you to optimize the heating time of the oven.
Fast cooking in 60s  : 1 minute is the time it will take to obtain a perfectly cooked pizza!
Fuels  : To fuel your oven, you will have the choice: use wood, briquettes or pellets. Use the hatch just above the drawer to restock your oven while cooking.
Integrated thermometer  : A successful pizza is a pizza cooked to perfection. Thanks to the built-in thermometer, you can easily monitor the temperature of your oven. Count about 20 minutes to obtain the right cooking temperature: 400°C.
